Jack Hinckley was extremely helpful and professional during our home buying process. He was always very responsive to my various questions (measured in hours, not days) and always on time to let me and the inspectors into the house. His advice regarding appropriate inspectors and details to be  aware of was timely and insightful. For instance, he advised me to request an inspector to fully describe not just known work but all possible work that may need to be conducted with price estimates for everything. This advice proved to be invaluable at the negotiating table and likely saved me thousands of dollars. The transaction couldn't have been smoother; we started looking at houses Nov 25th, 1st and only offer submitted Dec 3rd, contract finalized Dec 18th, closed Jan 14th.
